To work as an Occupational Health Advisor within the Health and Care team for Lincolnshire Police.
The role holder will have the ability to work autonomously and will principally be undertaking sickness/absence case management and be expected to produce evidence-based quality impartial advice and reports to referring managers and HR. The role will also involve support when needed to the OHN and OHT.
Providing clear, visible, ethical, evidence based and professional Occupational Health (OH) advice and support to the wider Health & Care team, management, employees, and volunteers.
Working autonomously using excellent time management skills, and as part of the multi-disciplinary team, providing professional support to other Health & Care staff as appropriate.
To undertake/supervise specific projects, audit and research related to the professional development of OH nursing and OHU continuous improvement as appropriate.
To assist the Senior OHA in reviewing and advancing clinical practice in line with FOM, DOH, College of Policing and other professional guidelines and relevant legislation.
