We are a well-established engineering company based in Cullompton and we are looking for an Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our operations and providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Duties- General administration
- Filing
- Data entry
- Customer Service
- keeping records up-to-date.
- Answering phones
- General enquiries over the phone
- Processing Orders
Your friendly and professional demeanour will be essential in providing a positive experience for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so excellent communication skills are a must
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. You should be able to work well in a team and independently, with the ability to use your own initiative. This role will suit someone who is able to adapt to changing situations and can handle a fast-paced environment
