Responsibilities- Be the go-to expert on QA for training deliverables, spreading awareness and enthusiasm for quality standards.
- Actively support, monitor, and drive consistent, top-tier training outcomes throughout the UK.
- Help raise the bar for training performance and ensure product audit standards are met and exceeded.
Please note this role is field based and applicants must have a full UK Drivers License and be willing to travel across the UK.
Requirements- Experience & Qualifications: Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, proven QA expertise in training delivery, and strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint) and skilled in instructional design and adult learning techniques.
- Organisational Skills: Sharp attention to detail, excellent planning, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, relaying information clearly and accurately.
- Self-Motivation & Initiative: Proactive, with the drive to work independently while supporting team goals.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of transport compliance standards and legislation.
- Full UK Driver’s License: This field-based role requires travel across the UK, so a full UK driver’s license is essential.
