Job Description- Development of the brand to reach its full potential within the market.
- Analysis of market trends to include finishes and treatments.
- Regular analysis of market competition
- Market reviews on like for like product qualities, range offer, packaging and pricing.
- Trade Show visits and comparative shopping
- Development of new product samples in liaison with the PM
- Working in conjunction with the BA ensuring that all Salesmen and Photo shoot samples arrive on time and are despatched to all relevant customers in an accurate and timely manner.
- Liaise with marketing on all aspects of the yearly photoshoot imagery.
- Issue a brief to photographer on concept of photo shoot.
- Plan and coordinate with the marketing department all aspects of the photo shoot to include the booking of locations, photographer, models, travel and accommodation.
- Control and maintain budget.
- Liaise with the Marketing Assistant (MA) on the management of Merchandising Calendar.
- Ensure that the schedules are maintained and updated so that Customer services and warehouse are aware of all key dates and developments.
- Development of yearly brochure and imagery in conjunction with the Marketing Department
- Yearly planning of marketing campaign to include imagery, design concepts and briefs in conjunction with the Marketing Department.
- Working with the marketing department ensuring that the marketing brief is issued to all relevant parties.
- Initial plan and control of marketing budget in conjunction with the marketing department.
- Coordinating with the marketing department and other Brand Managers on all aspects of the trade shows to include stand design, budget, travel, accommodation and entertainment in conjunction with the MD.
- Liaison with the marketing department on all magazine companies in UK and Europe
- Involvement with the management of all advertisements to coordinate with marketing campaigns.
- Over viewing the advertising budget
- Good communication skills and excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications to process, obtain and combine information - Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Adobe software including Photoshop, Illustrator
- Clothing construction experience
- Experience of writing and checking editorial copy.
- A driving license and the ability to travel.
- Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Part time 3 days per week. 1-hour unpaid break per day.
- Holiday entitlement is 21 days per year plus English statutory days.
