Senior Network Engineer - External

Job Summary:

This role requires residing close to the factory location to ensure compliance with a 30-minute on-site SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide final-stage troubleshooting support for a large-scale network comprising approximately 100 routers and switches.
• Ensure quick and effective resolution of network issues locally, followed by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Troubleshoot and maintain mission-critical network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Participate in infrastructure-related projects, contributing expertise and ensuring seamless execution.
• Maintain strong self-management and teamwork skills, ensuring efficient consultation, reporting, and communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Minimum CCNP-level expertise in routing and switching.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, particularly as the final escalation point.
• Experience handling mission-critical network infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Ability to fix local network issues swiftly and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post-resolution.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure-related team projects.
• Strong self-management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to report, contact, and consult effectively with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CCIE or other advanced network-related credentials.
• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Prior exposure to network automation and security protocols.
