Part Time Exam Administrator - Burnley

Working for a busy examinations board in central Preston.. You would be required to work every Thursday. Friday and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
You can work from home 1-2 days per week but need to be onsite at least one day per week.
This is an ongoing role for an initial period of three months You must be able to commit to the days and hours required and must be completely reliable.
This could suit a post-graduate student with part time avaialblity or somebody who needs part time work to complement another job. Full training will be given and you will be required two additional days during the first week for training
Duties to involve:
- Using an Excel programme and bespoke database
- Preparing exam paperwork for the following days examinations
- Collating and analysing data from various exam sites and producing end of day reports
- Making amendments to candidate ccounts
- Distributing emails and end of day updates
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Strong Excel and database/CRM skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people
- Strong time management skills
The rate of pay is £14.90 per hour
