A Full-time Nanny is needed by this lovely family based in Islington, London to help them in looking after their newborn baby and school-aged child. The nanny will be calm and patient but have the energy to keep up with the children and take charge of light housekeeping tasks related to them.
Engage in age-appropriate activities and plan enriching experiences to promote the child's development and interests
Provide homework support
Offer care and supervision during school holidays, creating an engaging and enjoyable environment for the child
Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times, implementing necessary precautions and guidelines
Foster positive behaviour, encourage independence, and promote personal growth in the child
Maintain open and effective communication with the parents, providing updates on the child's well-being and progress
Changing nappies & preparing milk bottles for the babies
Washing and bathing the child
Implementing all the daily routines.
Being responsible for their safety, well-being, care and development.
Always keeping the children's bedrooms and living spaces clean and tidy, doing basic and light household cleaning
Providing healthy meals and snacks for the children
Salary: £16 to £20 gross per hour
The candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the children.
Someone who speaks French or Spanish would be perfect for the role but the family is also open for English speakers. A valid first aid qualification is essential to this position.
Working hours: To start with part time role; Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, plus a day to be confirmed. From September; Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, approximately 40 hours per week
Duties include:
