Chef de Partie Pastry Requirements:
Our client is seeking a highly competent and confident Chef de Partie pastry who is capable of running the pastry section in the absence of the head pastry chef.A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a team.A Chef de Partie pastry with a strong background working within reputable seasonal led establishments.Previous experience working with British cuisine would be desirable.
