Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve their learning goals
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to learning
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Experience working with students with specific learning difficulties
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
- Work in a classroom or one-on-one setting with students
- Collaborative work environment with teachers, parents, and support staff
