Job Opportunity: EL/PL Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:

Role Requirements:
Experience:
- NQ-3 years' PQE in EL/PL, RTA or personal injury litigation
- Experience handling defender personal injury files or pursuing high-value cases
- Familiarity with litigation processes in Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases
Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims
- Excellent organisational skills – manage deadlines and service level agreements
- Ability to draft pleadings, reports and attend hearings with confidence
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
