Software Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Salary 70,000 - 80,000 GBP per year

Requirements:

• An ideal candidate will be someone who:

1. is an established software engineer (this won’t suit someone who is looking for their first role)
2. has prior B2B startup/scaleup experience
3. can communicate well and is able to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways
4. comes from a strong technical and product background

This will suit a highly motivated, impact-focused, delivery-minded person - someone who’s capable of seeing a project through from start to finish.

You’ll join our remote team to work on executing an evolving product roadmap and will be among our first engineers to tackle the problems this industry faces. Along the way, you’ll own large parts of the product and make a big impact at a global scale.

We’re now growing the team in response to the incredible demand we’ve been facing.

Your responsibilities:

You will begin the role as part of the core engineering team where you will be expected to be hands-on with the code (writing the code, reviewing other’s code). You will influence Desana’s engineering culture and, as we grow as an engineering team, there will be opportunities to lead.

You will work closely with our product team and the wider company to develop new functionality to serve our customers, our customers’ employees, our workspace partners and our internal teams.
