Job Description

As an Interim In-House Legal Counsel, you will:

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to negotiate, draft, and review key contracts.
• Assist with a range of litigation matters, ensuring effective risk management and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and provide practical, commercially sound legal solutions.
• Collaborate with external legal advisers when necessary and manage legal processes efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

The Interim In-House Legal Counsel will be:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE.
• Strong background in commercial law, with experience handling contracts and ideally some exposure to litigation.
• Proven ability to work independently and in collaboration with various departments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous in-house experience is advantageous but not essential.

• Competitive daily rate of £350-£450.
• Hybrid working model with flexibility between office and home.
