Food and Beverage Logistics Manager at Sky Garden

Salary £40-£43K, depending on experience.

Sky Garden sits at the top of the iconic 20 Fenchurch Street aka the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, and houses three restaurants, two cafés, two bars and stunning event spaces.

We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to join the BOH team and manage the goods in, stocktake, logistics and event set up. The Logistics Manager will also play a key role on coming up with initiatives to reduce wastage and minimise our environmental impact.

You’ll supervise a team of 10 logistic porters, ensuring deliveries are efficiently managed and regular stocktakes completed. You will be key in leading and inspiring the team; help set up incredible events and maintain the high level of due diligence of the BOH operation.

The ideal candidate will have a background working in a hotel, stadium or event venue in a role with similar responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with:

Strong administration and organisation skills.
Advanced IT skills, confident using software applications such as Microsoft office, Fourth or Adaco.
Experience with stock control.
Excellent communicator/negotiator. You will be part in regular HOD meetings with our senior leadership team, so you should be able to present ideas in a confident manner.
Good use of initiative to come up with innovative ideas.
