Part time Cover Supervisor

We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to send to our secondary schools in Newton-le-Willows with flexible working hours.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage secondary school students during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain classroom discipline at the secondary school level.
Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere where secondary school students can thrive academically.Adapt to a variety of subjects and year groups within a secondary school setting as required.Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth running of the secondary school day.Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.Requirements:Strong behaviour management skills are essential, particularly in a secondary school context.Flexibility to cover a range of secondary school subjects and year groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in a secondary school environment.Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a secondary school, is a plus.An Enhanced DBS check is required for this position, or willingness to obtain one.If this role is of interest to you please apply directly or get in touch with Ruben Quinonez-Trinanes at (url removed) or call (phone number removed)REFERRALS!
