Caretaker
Caretaker Level 2: Grade 3, Scale Point 4-6 (£24,404 - £25,183)
The governors of The Federation of St Cuthbert's and St Mary's wish to appoint a School Caretaker. The successful candidate will play a key role within the whole school team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the vision and ethos of the School.
The position is for 35 hours per week, all year round, on a 1 year Fixed Term contract with a view to being permanent. The post is subject to a clear DBS Check, two positive references and completing a six month probationary period. There will be 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
The pay scale will be Grade 3, Scale Point 4-6 (£24,404 - £25,183). The post is 35 hrs a week, split shifts am and pm times can be negotiable for the successful candidate from a start time of 7am and the afternoon shift finish at 6 pm.- 6th Jan start date or sooner if possible

Employment start date will be 6th January with the possibility of some handover days prior to this date with the current Caretaker subject to holidays.
