Job Description- Manage and execute HR operational processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Provide support in employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and life-cycle activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and contribute to process improvements within HR operations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Interim HR Operations Specialist should have:
- A strong background in human resources operations within the Financial Services over a minimum of 8 annual cycles
- Demonstrable recent hands-on experience, and understanding, of Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
- The ability to be in office 5 days per week in the City of London. (Please note that this is non-negotiable)
- An existing right to live and work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship, throughout the duration of the assignment
- Proven knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Experience with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities to address employee queries effectively.
- An adaptable approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive daily rate of £450 - £550. (Inside IR35 and PAYE)
