Responsibilities- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Oversee daily operations and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency.
- Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to support business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve performance targets.
- Provide reports and updates to senior management regarding operational performance.
- Analyse and handle client communications, listening to feedback then design and implement change to drive 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage recruitment initiatives and candidate on-boarding.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess processes and performance.
- Self-motivated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and performance management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
