Job Role:
As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and positive dining and play environment for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising pupils in the dining hall and outdoor play areas during lunchtime.
- Encouraging good table manners and positive social interactions.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students throughout the lunch period.
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies and promoting a friendly atmosphere.
- Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Reporting any concerns to senior staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, patient, and approachable nature.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training will be provided).
