As the Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery of the ERP System Migration project. You will be responsible for supporting the team in the coordination and administration of data cleanse & migration, training documentation, and processes contributing to the timely delivery of this ongoing project.

Responsibilities
  • Support with the day-to-day delivery of ERP System Migration. This will involve administrative support and liaising with all team members across multiple projects ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Create and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage minutes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Track and monitor project progress, highlighting any issues or delays to your line manager. Support with reporting, data analysis, and any ad-hoc administrative tasks.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth ERP system integration, analysing legacy data, quality check, data cleansing, data migration and support related validation.
  • Build operating procedures for the ERP System and training programmes & documentation to be delivered companywide.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, support and troubleshooting related to ERP systems and their functionality.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
