Interim Finance Manager

• Oversee all accounting operations
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Business partner with key project managers and stakeholders across the UK
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional duties as necessary

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:

• An academic background in Accounting or Finance (ACCA/CIMA part qualified or QBE)
• Proven working experience in a similar role as a Finance Manager
• Importantly year end financial accounting and finance business partnering experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A competitive salary in the range of up to £44,000
• 6 month fixed term contract
• Small chance of extension based on workload and performance
• Doncaster based with only 2 or 3 days a week required in the office
• Flexible working patterns can be negotiated
