WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

The Private Banking Commercials & Pricing Manger is a key role that works in partnership with the Senior Manager to deliver the commercial results of the organisation. We have an ambitious set of targets in 2025 to deliver and hope that you can support us.
Key responsibilities- Collaborate with the Senior Manager Customer Solutions to develop, shape and deliver the commercial objectives for the business, setting stretching P&L goals, managing performance and leading major strategic change from inception to execution.
- Take ownership of risk decisions, demonstrating regulatory expertise to ensure that our pricing aligns with regulations like the Consumer Duty.
- Maintain a strong risk management system, assessing and mitigating risks in alignment with Group's policies and legal obligations.
- Understand the product market, demonstrating clear understanding of customer, market, and pricing trends.
- Implement vital pricing changes to achieve commercial goals in line with risk appetite and market conditions
- Design and deliver comprehensive MI and Trading reports to support the Private Banking business to grow and understand its customer base.
- Contribute to a culture of active learning and upskilling of self and team through collaboration, coaching and regular exchange of feedback.
- Drive successful outcomes by delivering performance objectives, providing feedback, mentoring and promoting effective collaboration within the team.

- Pricing Expertise - Experience of designing and driving best in class pricing strategies for retail lending products.
- You'll be Commercially Driven - Robust and committed focus on business performance ensuring our products meet our customers' needs and support our growth strategy and business objective to build deep customer relationships.
- You'll understand our Control and Regulatory environment - Understanding the regulatory environment and applies knowledge of the relevant rules to their product decisions.
- Data and Analytics focused - Applying the relevant customer, business, and market analysis methodology to build out our understanding of the Private Banking customer drivers
- Have an Agile Approach - In Everyday Banking we work using Agile methodologies to deliver quicker for our customers while maintaining high standards
