Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours and complex care needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Encouraging and promoting independence while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Observing and recognising triggers and patterns in behaviour, responding in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Working independently and confidently during lone working shifts while following care plans.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate

  • Confidence in administering medication safely and independently.
  • The ability to stay observant, proactive, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Experience working independently and the ability to handle lone working shifts confidently.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (preferably registered on the update service).
  • Right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship.
