Pay Rates: £18.66 - £21.21

What you can add:
- To deliver a clinical technical service by performing a variety of routine and specialised techniques on biological material submitted for examination
- To carry out scientific duties within the department, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the service
- To operate and maintain cutting-edge, specialist equipment, ensuring it runs at its best and supports our groundbreaking work in patient care
- Actively participate in all internal and external quality control and quality assurance systems and schemes relevant to the area of work, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.
What you’ll need:
- HCPC Registered Biomedical Scientist
- BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences (IBMS approved) or approved alternative science degree plus post graduate certificate in Biomedical Science or equivalent
- MUST be able to cut minimum of 30 blocks per hour
- Proven capability to perform all techniques relevant to the area of work with precision and expertise
