This opportunity has arisen due to the company's growth, and I am eager to speak with candidates who have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and are experts at processing orders.

• Handle sales orders from start to end, ensuring accuracy and promptness
• Regularly review and process new back orders, managing any changes to customer order dates
• Communicate with customers, providing guidance and addressing any concerns
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities
• Prepare and issue sales quotations to customers
• Manage customer portals
• Schedule and document outgoing stock deliveries
• Create and prepare export documentation

What we’re looking for:

• Must have experience as a Sales Administrator or related field
• Able to confidently deal with customers and process orders
• IT literate
• Excellent communication skills
• ERP software experience is highly beneficial
