Our client, a leading FTSE 100 Investment Manager, is looking for a Deputy Group Company Secretary for a 9-month FTC. This is a London based role offering hybrid working.
A FTSE 100 Investment Manager is looking for a Deputy Group Company Secretary for a 9-month FTC, with an ASAP start.
You will lead the company secretarial department to deliver on a range of tasks including:
- Share Schemes
- Corporate Reporting
- Governance advise/support for the FTSE 250 Investment Trust
- Senior stakeholder engagement - CEO, Boards and Committees
You will report to the General Counsel/Company Secretary and have support from 2 administrators. Additionally, there is a legal team of approx 8 who you will also work alongside.
This is a very senior role and will suit candidates with very extensive FTSE experience. You will have experience advising CEOs and Senior Stakeholders and be available at short notice.
The salary for this role will depend on experience.
