Chef Manager– Sports & Social Club
Location: Beckenham, LondonHours: Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Your Role:
Culinary Excellence – Prepare fresh, seasonal, and cost-effective dishes that delight members and guests
Menu Innovation – Contribute to menu development and introduce new food concepts
Sustainability & Efficiency – Reduce waste, champion sustainable practices, and manage costs effectively
Compliance & Safety – Ensure full adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HSE regulations
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards and efficiency

✔️ Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a hospitality, club, or fine dining setting
