As a Problem Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the resolution of recurring and complex IT issues, ensuring that the root causes of incidents are identified and addressed efficiently. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate sensitive security and compliance environments, supported by the necessary security clearance.
Rate - £500-600.00 per day inside ir35
Location - Wiltshire - twice a week onsite
Duration - 12 Months
Clearance - SC Cleared
Key Responsibilities- You will manage the lifecycle of all problems within the organisation, ensuring the root causes of incidents are identified and resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive problem management process that complies with internal policies, industry standards and security requirements
- Drive proactive problem management activities, including trend analysis, early detection and prevention of issues
- Root Cause Analysis
- Core Risk Analysis
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven experience within Problem Management or IT Service Management, preferably within a large government or public sector organisation
- Strong understanding of ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 Frameworks
- IT Systems, networks, applications and infrastructure
- Excellent written and communication
