A great opportunity with this leading US law firm has arisen for a Business Development Assistant to join on of their highly successful BD & Marketing Team.- Salary £35-38k plus fantastic benefits, including on-site gym, subsidised on-site canteen, annual wellbeing allowance, and more!
- Hybrid working structure of 4 days in the office, 1 remotely – Hours 9.30am – 5.30pm
- City Thameslink and Chancery Lane stations
While generalist in nature, the role offers scope to get more closely involved in supporting specific practice areas in the future.
Business Development Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation, co-ordination and delivery of pitches, panels, and capability statements to tight deadlines
- Using the CRM system and assisting the team in researching and sending marketing mailings
- Supporting on thought leadership by posting blogs and assisting on the creation of client alerts
- Ensuring information on the London office including awards and rankings is up to date
- Helping the Senior Events Manager where necessary on internal and client events
- Maintaining records of pitch materials
- Assisting on client research tasks using various research tools
- Posting internal news items to and updating content on the firm’s intranet
Business Development Assistant Skills & Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with prior experience of Business Development / Marketing within a law firm
- Strong IT and writing skills as well as a knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
- Ability to prioritise and respond quickly to pitch requests which have a short turnaround time
