Company: Our client, a small family-run business based in Telford, is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior NICEIC Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in commercial and residential projects across the Midlands, this role offers the opportunity to lead and grow the electrical department within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects, from planning through to execution and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NICEIC regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests in accordance with C&G 2391 Test & Inspection requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Oversee project pricing, including estimating costs and preparing quotations.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the electrical team.
• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.

Requirements:

• NICEIC qualification is essential.
• Previous experience as a secondary NICEIC Qualified Supervisor is highly desirable.
• C&G 2391 Test & Inspection certification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Proven ability to run and manage electrical projects effectively.
• Strong project pricing and estimation skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
