Supervisor (Front of House)

We are currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and in leading a team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Oversee daily Front of house operations.
• Supervise staff members during shifts to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist in the training and development of staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong culinary skills and leadership qualities

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel, hospitality, or restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and customers professionally
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for delivering high-quality food service
