Sous Chef – Canary Wharf | Monday to Friday | 40 Hours per Week | £17.70 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes using seasonal ingredients
- Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist with menu development and kitchen administration tasks
