We have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will be an enthusiastic practitioner who has a passion to nurture happy children and a strong drive to promote excellent childcare.
Joint Colleges Nursery is a small independent nursery situated in a quiet, tree-lined residential area in the heart of Cambridge. We are within close walking distance from Cambridge City Centre and the train station. Our staff describe JCN as a wonderful and rewarding place of work.
JCN is registered for 57 children aged 0 - 5, most of whom attend full time. Our children and staff enjoy a stable environment throughout the day, and develop quality relationships with one another. Our parents describe JCN as a home from their home.
Hours of work will be between 8.30am to 5.30pm, 7.5 hours a day Mondays to Fridays and can be flexible to suit circumstances. If possible, we would prefer that you are available all year.

You should hold a full and relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent, have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and have experience working with children in a childcare setting. If you currently are working towards your qualification, please don't let this hold you back.We are happy to provide training and support.
