Regional Service Engineer

Job Profile

The reason for this role arising is the growth of the company with big plans to double in size in the next year.

This role requires a manual driving licence.

• £28,000-£32,000 salary dependant on experience
• Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 with travel paid for outside these hours
• 28 days holiday inclusive on bank holidays
• On call rota (24 hours 1 week in 4)
• Pension
• Door to door pay
• Ongoing training for development for your growth within the business

• Maintain, service, repair and installation of goods & passenger scissor lift equipment
• Provide end-to-end technical support to customers
• Regional coverage of the midlands and London area
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to company and customer sites health and safety regulations

• Experience or qualifications in a similar role essential
• Strong experience in a field-based role installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems and standard equipment
• Strong I.T skills with understanding of drawings and specifications
• Full UK driving licence
• Willing to cover the midlands, London with UK coverage required
• Good customer service skills with a passion for excellent customer service
• Able to work well alone or as a team
