Join Culligan UK as a CRM / Email Campaign Specialist and be a part of our dynamic Marketing team. As the CRM / Email Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a customer relationship management strategy that drives engagement, increases customer lifetime value, and enhances brand loyalty.

A day in the life ...We are looking for an applicant to deliver impactful campaigns and optimise customer journeys, as well as to design and execute lead nurturing communication strategies that convert prospects into customers, ensuring seamless transitions through the sales funnel.

This role will be remote, with the requirement to travel to Wolverhampton office twice a month and London office monthly.

Requirements
  • Deliver a CRM strategy that increases customer engagement and lifetime value through targeted, measurable campaigns.
  • Own our communications strategy – focusing on stimulating order frequency and value.
  • Launch and optimise lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, nurturing, retention, and win-back initiatives.
  • Create operational efficiencies through automating current manual communication processes.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows to accelerate conversions and improve sales funnel movement.
  • Implement testing and reporting frameworks to refine CRM and lead nurturing campaigns continuously.
  • Analyse customer and prospect data to uncover trends and inform strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM and lead nurturing efforts with organisational objectives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of campaigns across departments to enhance the customer journey and support broader business goals.

As the ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in a CRM management role will be proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

You will have a strong knowledge of lifecycle and lead nurturing marketing principles, with a proven track record of increasing customer loyalty and conversion rates.

You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
