International Student Recruitment Coordinator

Royal Holloway, University of London, is seeking an outstanding International Student Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic Global Engagement team.
As our International Student Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be an important link between Royal Holloway and our global network of educational agents and pathway providers. This role supports Royal Holloway’s international student recruitment through expert management of the commission process.
The successful candidate will expertly manage commission processes for educational agents, maintaining comprehensive databases while ensuring compliance with our Agent Quality Framework. You will provide critical support to our international recruitment efforts by coordinating agent agreements, processing financial transactions, and conducting in-depth market research to inform strategic decision-making.
The role involves managing the commission processes for educational agents with precision and integrity. You will coordinate agent agreements, utilising financial systems to process payments and generate comprehensive reports. Your work will directly support the Global Engagement team’s activities, and you will be required to do other administrative tasks and, on some occasions, represent Royal Holloway at international education events, on campus and elsewhere.
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in database management and financial systems. You should demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills and be comfortable with being involved in occasional international recruitment activities.
We seek candidates experienced in using financial and database systems, with advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills. Proficiency in systems like Agresso and Banner will be advantageous. Your ability to navigate complex administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency will be key to success in this role.
