This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare by building and expanding supplier relationships while contributing to the delivery of lifesaving medications every day.

• Research and Development: Actively seek out and research new products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Dynamic Supplier Relations: Manage and support relationships with suppliers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings and site visits.
• Strategic Negotiation: Negotiating and purchase from approved suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and stock criteria are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to resolve stock queries, manage missed sales, and support site-specific requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to current procedures, with a focus on system housekeeping and administrative excellence.

• Practical experience in purchasing and supplier management.
• Exceptional communication skills for negotiation and relationship management.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Accuracy and precision in task execution.
• Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated approach to work.
• Collaborative mindset to thrive in an integrated team environment.
• Interested in travelling to either UK or European suppliers to conduct site visits
