Job Description

As an interim banking solicitor you will be advising clients on mid market transaction primarily on the lending side. These will be broad finance transactions including corporate lending, banking and finance and some real estate finance.

The Successful Applicant

The interim banking solicitor will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor with at least 2 years experience working on mid market banking transactions.

Due to the nature of the role you must be able to start on short notice.
