Job Description

• Manage, direct, and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team.
• Ensure the efficient and timely processing of inventory and coordination of warehouse functions.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the warehouse team.
• Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving.
• Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and safe at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Night Warehouse Shift Manager should have:

• A degree in a related field such as Business, Logistics or Industrial Management.
• Proven experience in a warehouse lead role managing all aspects of a warehouse operation.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of warehouse operations and staff.
• Commutable to Dursley daily
• This role will be covering the Night shift - Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm - 06:30am
