Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Polish speaking HR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support within the life science department.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing employment contracts.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and provide proper solutions.
- Support with the onboarding and offboarding process for staff.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information.
- Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Polish speaking HR Administrator should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- CIPD level 3 desirable but not essential.
- Fluency in Polish, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with HR systems and databases.
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and an ability to apply them to complex situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and dedicated approach to work.

- An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £35,000, commensurate with experience.
