Your new role

You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Partner (Graduate Recruiter) on an initial 6 month FTC however there is potential for this role to extend.

We have an exciting opening for an experienced Talent Partner to help our client deliver an ambitious graduate hiring target across their tech and non-tech divisions in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

In this role, you’ll bring creativity, determination, and a solutions-focused approach to drive the initiative forward. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and global stakeholders to identify top candidates and deliver a streamlined, engaging recruitment experience.

Some duties will include:

  • END TO END RECRUITMENT: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION: Partner closely with hiring teams and key stakeholders to align on job requirements, recruitment strategies, and ensure timely delivery across multiple regions.
  • CANDIDATE MANAGEMENT: Champion an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring transparency, maintaining regular communication and effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • DELIVERY FOCUS: Meet ambitious hiring targets, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to graduate recruitment.
  • DATA DRIVEN DECISION MAKING: Take a data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies and proactively address challenges and adapt strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and deliver the best outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience recruiting graduates across a range of specialisms.

Ideally you will have experience on a global scale however this is not essential.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive an annual salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on previous experience.
