£12.60 per hour + Holiday Pay

REED Business Support are pleased to be working with one of the largest international shipping services, who are looking to recruit an administrator on a fixed term contract to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. Working on a full-time basis, you will be responsible for all things administration and assisting with driver management and report analysis.

Details:

  • 30 hrs per week
  • 14:00 - 20:00 // Monday to Friday
  • Fully Office Based

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle all of customer service: Email, Phone, face-to-face
  • Handle all aspects of administration
  • Driver Debriefing
  • Manage internal database and update where necessary
  • Data entry

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Good level of admin skill
  • Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
