Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide crucial support to both internal and external sales teams, handling a variety of tasks from managing inbound and outbound calls to raising purchase orders.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's sales operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing administrative support to the sales team, maintaining customer returns, assisting in processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
