Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst will be instrumental in the following:
- Evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis and translating client needs into highly detailed requirements documents
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements through rigorous testing and validation
Key Skills
Ideal candidates for the Business Analyst role will demonstrate proficiency in the following skills:- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly within the legal industry or related fields
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Advanced technical skills coupled with experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- A track record of following through on commitments and achieving satisfactory results
- Experience working with senior decision-makers
- Strong project management capabilities and experience leading and supporting successful projects
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
