Seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Security and Compliance Specialist to join our team and lead various initiatives to enhance our AI security framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create robust validation mechanisms to ensure data integrity. Implement quality assurance processes for AI outputs.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity defences for AI systems.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans for global AI security. Create bespoke information security upskilling roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act and other relevant regulations. Align AI security practices with ISO 42001 standards.
  • Prepare and deliver AI threat modelling.
  • Support the develop of AI red teaming protocols
  • Implement pipelines for continuous security scanning of AI systems.
  • Support the develop and execute AI security testing protocols.
  • Integrate AI security risk assessments into the overall risk management framework.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI security, cybersecurity, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and AI ethics.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, particularly the EU AI Act.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing security protocols and validation mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with ISO 42001 standards and risk management frameworks. Excellent communication and training development skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or AI (e.g., AI Ethics Certification).
  • Experience with deepfake detection technologies and red teaming.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
