Head Chef

40 hours per week We are recruiting on behalf of our clients care home in the High Wycombe area.

Shifts 7am - 3pm + some weekend working

You will offer choices across multiple international cuisines, mixed with a variety of foods, providing residents with an optimal mix of nutrition and lived experience.

We believe meals at care homes should:

• Have the right balance of essential nutrients
• Be a product of communication from residents, relatives, and staff
• Cater to the needs of the individual

• Food preparation and cooking skills
• Culinary experience in a kitchen environment
• Strong leadership and supervising abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Experience in team management and food production
• Previous restaurant experience and serving skills
