Conveyancing Team Leader
A well-established firm that is recognised as being a leading firm in Conveyancing is looking to hire an experienced Team Leader to join the Residential Conveyancing team.
About the firm:
The firm has a nationwide presence is looking to hire into its Manchester-based office in Altrincham. They are one of the top Conveyancing companies in the nation and carry out a client-focused approach to their work.
The role:
As a Team Leader your primary responsibility is to effectively manage a portfolio of residential sales and purchases. To meet goals for client care, compliance, and conversion, you will lead and inspire a small group of case handlers.
With this opportunity, you will see a realistic scope for progression as many internal employees have gone on to progress towards.
About you:
- At least 5 years' experience as a Conveyancer running your own high-volume caseload in Residential
- A Conveyancing qualification would be desirable but isn't essential
- Experience in using a case management system (ideally Proclaim)
You will support your team in developing sound procedures for compliance, MI, phone, file, and workload management. You will also provide helpful advice on how to manage a caseload efficiently, with prompt service and initiative.
Self-assured in establishing and preserving business connections via outstanding communication and service provision.
