Retail Assistant

Shift Times: 08:30 - 16:30 / 09:00 - 17:00 37.5 hours

• Assisting customers with their purchases and providing product information
• Maintaining a clean and organised shop floor
• Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-presented
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Participating in stock checks and inventory management
• Supporting the team in achieving sales targets

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Interest in textiles and arts and crafts is a plus
