The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of family matters, providing clients with practical and compassionate legal advice during what can often be challenging circumstances.
The caseload will include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedy matters
- Private children proceedings
- Child arrangements and parental responsibility issues
- Domestic abuse matters
- Legal aid family work
- General family law matters
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced family practitioners, gaining exposure to a broad range of cases while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and advocacy skills.
About You- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law
- Experience handling your own caseload of family matters
- Knowledge of legal aid processes and procedures is advantageous
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Keen to develop professionally and progress your career
- Competitive salary up to £37,500
