Job Description
As a successful HR Administrator, you will;- Providing comprehensive administrative guidance to the team.
- Managing HR records and databases with utmost accuracy.
- Assisting with recruitment processes and new employee induction.
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, and correspondence.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Liaising with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handling delicate information with discretion and integrity.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A salary range of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum.
