About Our Client
The client is a well respected Not for Profit organisation based in Manchester.
Job Description- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for sales or services rendered
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail
- Ensure credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
- Produce monthly financial and management reports
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:
- Strong numeracy and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting software and databases
- A salary equivalent of £24,000 to £26,000
- A supportive and friendly working environment
- Being part of a large, well respected organisation that makes a difference in the community
